 International Yoga Day helps to demystify yoga for the general public through various programs organized by numerous organizations. It increases awareness about the essence and advantages of yoga, helping to dispel common misconceptions such as:

  • Yoga as a Religious Activity: It clarifies that yoga is a universal practice for all, irrespective of religion. 
  • Cost Concerns: It showcases that yoga can be practiced affordably or even for free, without the need for expensive classes or equipment.

Theme for 2024
